If it doesn't work right away, unplugged it from the wall again, leave it for 5 min, then plugged it back in and try it again. The person who mentioned this said it took 4 days ... Finally, there is one thing you can try. Unplug the power cord from your computer at the back. Hold the power button for a long 10 count. Plug back in and see if it will start. This is a long shot but I've seen it work on computers that were shut down by a brief power outage and wouldn't restart.
